ACRONAL® 4835 is an easy-to-use, low odor, APEO-free, functionalized copolymer emulsion recommended for the production of premium ceramic tile mastic adhesives having superior ANSI 136.1 Wet Type 1 water resistance and extended working time. ACRONAL® 4835 can also be utilized in formulations with high filler loadings while still meeting application standards.

Processing

Although ACRONAL® 4835 is protected from attack by microorganisms, preservatives must be added to the produced formulations in order to ensure that their quality remains unimpaired over long storage periods. Prior experiment is essential for checking their compatibility and efficiency.
