ACRONAL® NX 4787 is an APEO-free, low odor, aqueous copolymer dispersion for the manufacture of ceramic tile mastics, primers and other construction adhesives.

ACRONAL NX 4787 exhibits superior water resistance, strength and adhesion to mineral substrates. This polymer is also deodorized to reduce the volatile organic compounds (VOC), enabling the compounder to formulate environmentally friendly adhesives.

With its low viscosity, ACRONAL NX 4787 is also well suited for applications such as paper and architectural coatings.

Processing

Although ACRONAL NX 4787 is protected from attack by microorganisms, preservatives must be added to the produced formulations in order to ensure that their quality remains unimpaired over long storage periods. Prior experiment is essential for checking their compatibility and efficiency.
