ACTILOX® PA is a mineral based masterbatch containing silicone compounds as active components.

ACTILOX PA-14 used as a process aid for highly filled mineral flame retardant compounds, like HFFR cable-compounds. Positive effects area 30 % increase in line speed, extremely reduced die drooling (die lip built up) and a reduction in the formation of burrs. Additionally, ACTILOX PA-14 improves flame retardance and water absorption.

Extrusion of a 1.5 mm2 Cu-conductor; total thickness 3mm. Line speed and amperage at 40 rpm respectively 60 rpm; 60 rpm only possible with ACTILOX PA-14.
