Adiprene PP 1095H
Adiprene PP 1095H
Adiprene® PP 1095H is a p-phenylene diisocyanate (PPDI) terminated polyester-based Adiprene prepolymer. PPDI, a special building block, is used to impart exceptional properties to polyester cast urethanes. When cured with Vibracure A 250 curative, a high quality 95 Shore A elastomer is achieved.
The stress-train properties of this prepolymer are superior to TDI/MBCA or MDI/diol polyester elastomers. When cured with a diol curative, Adiprene PP 1095H has the excellent hysteretic properties (low heat build-up with the dynamic load) of a 95A polyether elastomer but with the superior properties of a polyester.
