BA-59P
BA-59P
BA-59Pâ„¢, tetrabromobisphenol A, is a brominated aromatic flame retardant used in thermoplastic and thermoset resin systems. It is highly effective when reacted into epoxy resin systems due to its structural compatibility, high bromine content, and thermal stability. BA-59P high purity allows its use as a reactive flame retardant for polycarbonates and as an additive for styrenic thermoplastics such as ABS and high impact polystyrene.
