Bisomer BZMA (Benzyl Methacrylate) is an aromatic mono-functional methacrylate.

Bisomer BZMA is low viscosity and hydrophobic; it is particularly suitable as a reactive diluent in adhesives, sealants, inks and coatings.

It can be used as a co-monomer in PMMA based acrylic formulations to increase the impact resistance, hydrophobicity and structural integrity of resins, composites and coatings.

It is also particularly useful as a replacement for styrene in unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins used in a wide range of applications including chemical fixings and composites.

Due to its high refractive index, Bisomer BZMA is also suitable for cast lenses, optical fibres, transparent laminates and other applications where clarity is a key requirement.
