Bisomer MPEG 550 MA is water soluble and contains approximately 12 ethylene oxide (EO) units in the chain.

Bisomer MPEG 550 MA is an excellent material to impart water solubility or water dispersibility into non-ionic organic molecules. It is also an excellent flexibilising molecule due to its low Glass Transition Temperature (Tg).

Bisomer MPEG 550 MA is ideal in water-based automotive coatings, alkyd dispersions, polyurethane dispersions (PUDs), soil stabilising hydrogels, flocculating agents, anaerobic adhesives and water-based pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs).

Bisomer MPEG 550 MA is non-toxic and a liquid at ambient temperature.
