DISPEX Ultra FA 4437
DISPEX Ultra FA 4437
DISPEX® Ultra FA 4437 is a silicone-free surface active flow additive and colour acceptance improver for aqueous systems based on emulsions and aqueous resins. Due to its good wetting properties DISPEX Ultra FA 4437 ensures better wetting of difficult-to-wet substrates. The emulsifying effect of this product also prevents surface defects such as craters, fisheyes, pinholes and streaks caused by incompatible components. Furthermore, DISPEX Ultra FA 4437 has a strong affinity to pigment surfaces thereby reducing color acceptance problems.
DISPEX Ultra FA 4437 can be added either prior to grinding the pigments or afterwards to the finished paint. However, in case of color acceptance problems grinding with the pigments is preferable in order to ensure optimum efficiency.
DISPEX Ultra FA 4437 is made from a modified natural oil.
Recommended dosage: 0.1 – 1.0%, calculated on total formulation.
