Dispex® Ultra PA 4503 is a dispersing resin with self-emulsifying properties. In combination with Dispex Ultra PA 4560, it is suitable for the production of VOC-free pigment concentrates. The excellent compatibility of this combination with both water- and solvent-based decorative paint systems means these concentrates are suitable for the production of tinting systems where only low shear forces (shaking machines) are used. The chemical character of Dispex Ultra PA 4503 makes it suitable for systems with a wide pH range (5–12).

Applications

Dispex Ultra PA 4503 is recommended as a grinding vehicle or in combination with the polymeric dispersants EFKA 4550 and EFKA 4560, suitable for the production of ultra-low-VOC water-based pigment concentrates.
