Dispex Ultra PA 4530 stabilizes the pigment dispersion of inorganic and organic pigments and improves the following properties:
- gloss
- color strength
- flocculation stability
- anti-flooding behavior
Dispex® Ultra PA 4530 is a film-forming polymer with excellent water resistance and wide-spread compatibility in both solvent- and water-based systems. Before being added to the mill base, Dispex Ultra PA 4530 should be neutralized up to pH 8.5–9.0. Complete water solubility will be obtained by, e.g., the addition of 8.5 % AMP-90™1.
Applications for DISPEX Ultra PA 4530
Dispex Ultra PA 4530 is recommended for use in all kinds of solvent- and water-based coatings as well as in resin-minimal pigment concentrates for both solvent- and water-based coatings.
