EFKA SL 3236 is an organically modified polysiloxane, soluble in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters and ketones, insoluble in water. It improves the general surface characteristics and in particular the following advantages are gained.

Application

EFKA SL 3236 is particularly recommended for non-aqueous coatings such as

• baking enamels based on alkyd, acrylic or polyester resins
• acid-curable or polyurethane wood finishes particularly when applied by curtain coating
• self-leveling epoxy flooring compounds
• UV-curable paper lacquers
• air-drying alkyd systems
