HyCon® R 7200 F is a setting retarder in powder form based on chemically modified polymer with inorganic carrier material.
HyCon R 7200 F is especially optimized for retardation of setting of calcium sulphate hemihydrate based flowable mortar products for adjusting the desired workability time. As a setting powder, it is suitable both for purely hemihydrate based systems (α-resp. β-HH) and for hemihydrate rich binary systems (α-resp. β-HH with small amount of Portland cement).
