HyPox UA10
HyPox UA10 is a standard bis-A epoxy resin toughened with a select thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). When cured, HyPox® UA10 provides tenacious bonds to PVC. Curing agents suggested for use with HyPox UA10 include amidoamines and polyamides. Some applications may require the addition of ERISYS GE-23, GE-24, or GE-35 to HyPox UA10 to reduce its viscosity and provide a greater degree of flexibility. For exceptionally difficult PVC bonding applications, the formulator may consider the addition of from 1 to 5 phr M-Pyrol to further reduce viscosity and/ or “bite into” the substrate. This product can be considered for use on vinyl floors, vinyl sports surfaces, or any other vinyl adhesive application.
This product can also be considered as a reactive additive that will improve the toughness and flexibility of your formulation.
