JEFFSOL® Propylene Carbonate
JEFFSOL® PROPYLENE CARBONATE is a clear, mobile, hygroscopic liquid at room temperature. It is an excellent solvent for many organic and inorganic materials in such applications as surface cleaners, degreasers, dyes, fibers, plastics, batteries, aromatic hydrocarbons, and natural gas. It also finds use as a gellant for clays and a binder for foundry sand molds, as well as an accelerator in epoxy formulations.
