JONCRYL® 1655 is a sodium-neutralized, non-film forming; RC acrylic emulsion developed for water-based ink and overprint varnish applications that require no ammonia odor and exceptional flexographic and gravure stability on the press. The enhanced resolubility properties of this products are ideally suited for the formulation of fast drying inks and overprint varnishes for paper and paperboard, news flexo, envelope, and long-run corrugated applications.
This product is recommended for applications such as:
- Printing inks for flexographic or gravure applications on paper and paperboard
- Low odor overprint varnishes for commercial, publication, or packaging applications
