Lattice NTC 90 colloidal microcrystalline cellulose is a unique product and does not have direct offsets in the coatings industry. It is not used as a replacement for traditional rheology modifiers, but is used in addition to normal rheology modifiers to provide enhanced stability against settling, syneresis, and color float. Lattice NTC 90 is a problem-solver that adds these benefits at low use levels and with minimal effect on viscosity and other properties. It may provide an answer when other products do not work.
