PHT4-Diol LV
PHT4-Diol LV
PHT4-Diolâ„¢ LV tetrabromophthalate diol, is a low viscosity version of PHT4-Diol. The lower viscosity offers improved process handling and storage characteristics versus neat PH4-Diol while maintaining its effectiveness as a flame retardant for Class 1 and Class 2 rigid polyurethane foam. Other application areas include polyurethane RIM, elastomers, coatings, adhesives, and fibers.
Features & Benefits
- Drop-in replacement by weight for PHT4-Diol in most applications
- Low viscosity (pours at room temperature)
- Exhibits excellent compatibility with a broad range of commercial polyols and blowing agents.
