Rigid Polyol

Pluracol SG-470 polyol is a dark colored, sucrose/glycerine polyol. The high sucrose content with the high hydroxyl number has excellent compatibility with blowing agents and isocyanates for appliance, high density and general-purpose foam formulations. This polyol when combined with suitable flame retardants, yields foams having low smoke and good char-forming characteristics in the ASTM E-84 tunnel test.
