Polyphase 663 is a broad-spectrum, water-based dry-film preservative that is effective against a wide variety of fungal and algal organisms. It is particularly useful in water-based products in which VOCs are a major concern and more than fungal protection is desired. It is particularly effective over cementitious substrates. It offers excellent dry film fungal and algal protection in exterior paints, masonry coatings, stucco, and wood protective stains as well as excellent protection against fungal and algal growth on caulks, sealants, and for other industrial applications.
