R-E-D Silica Fume
R-E-D Silica Fume
R-E-D Silica Fume are high quality products that supply and strengthen the construction industry.
R-E-D 105 WS is an amorphous micronized white silicone dioxide pozzolan. It is great for use in applications that require a pure white colored pozzolan product. Even though this product is considered a natural pozzolan, the same high standards of a silica fume are maintained. Through a specific reclamation process, a completely environmentally safe and sustainable product is achieved that consistently has pozzolanic activity index product of at least 105% resulting in stronger, more durable concrete.
Applications for R-E-D 105 WS include concrete, particularly desirable in decorative concrete requiring a white siliceous pozzolan.
R-E-D 106 UM is an undensified silica fume, with a constant pH. It is an amorphous light gray silicon dioxide powder that has a low impurity level and is consequently perfectly adapted to refractory castable. Use of silica fume improves the mechanical properties, the compressive strength, creep, modulus of rupture, and durability (via permeability decrease).
Applications for R-E-D 106 UM include low and medium cement refractory castables, vibrated or self-consolidating concrete (SCC).
