RHEOVIS® AS 1187 is recommended to be used in a wide range of aqueous formulations. The product is especially suited for adhesives. Typical applications include DIY adhesives, conventional industrial adhesives, construction adhesives, adhesives in the packaging and woodworking industries, pressure- sensitive adhesives and high-speed machine adhesives.
RHEOVIS AS 1187 is equally effective over a wide pH range from 6 to 12. The product provides the rheological control effect by extensive swelling in the presence of water. It does not require neutralization.
