Vibracure and Duracure Urethane Curatives
Curatives are an integral part of the final elastomer, so they are given careful consideration when designing the correct system to meet your needs.
Adiprene® and Vibrathane® MDI and TDI prepolymers can be used with Vibracure® curatives to produce elastomers for a range of demanding applications with outstanding toughness, abrasion resistance, load-bearing capacity, cut resistance, and resistance to heat build-up.
Adiprene® LF MDI urethane prepolymers cured with Duracure® blocked curatives result in novel two-component high performance urethane systems that offer a unique combination of processing, performance and value in use advantages versus other two-component urethane systems currently available in the market. These systems are based on low-free MDI prepolymer and a blocked amine curative compound.
