Dispex Ultra FA 4425 stabilizes all kinds of pigments in water- and solvent-based systems, especially in decorative coatings. In addition it makes the polar ingredients of universal colorants which are used in non-polar solvent-based paints more compatible. This results in:

• maximum color development of the colorant
• higher pigment loading
• optimum color acceptance of the colorants in the base-paints

Applications for DISPEX Ultra FA 4425

Dispex® Ultra FA 4425 is used as a dispersing and wetting agent and is suitable for the formulation of VOC-free systems, particularly universal colorants. Added to the (solvent- or water-based) base paint, Dispex Ultra FA 4425 increases compatibility and color acceptance, especially in water-based decorative paints and systems with ultra-low aromatics content.
