EFKA® FL 3745 is a silicone-free levelling agent with air release properties for powder coatings. It can be used in liquid non-aqueous coatings as well as in powder coating.

Due to its chemical structure EFKA® FL 3745 modifies the surface tension of powder coatings. By formulating with this product, smooth trouble-free film surfaces will be obtained, generally with an improvement in gloss.

Applications

EFKA® FL 3745 can be used in
powder coatings based on:

• epoxy resins
• polyacrylic resins
• polyesters
• polyurethane

liquid coatings based on:

• polyester/melamine (e.g. coil coatings)
• 2 pack polyester/isocyanate
• 2 pack polyacrylate/isocyanate (car refinish, aviation)
