CoatOSil™ Prim-2 emulsion is a high active and low VOC hydrophobic aqueous emulsion based on silane/siloxane technology, which is an excellent candidate for use in a variety of construction applications where water and efflorescence resistance are desired.
CoatOSil Prim-2 emulsion is an excellent candidate as a cement admix for treating porous masonry substrates such as cement, concrete, natural stone, brick, fiber cement, etc. to help reduce water absorption. This emulsion can also be used as an aqueous penetrating primer for paints and coatings.
