FOAMSTAR® ST 2420 represents the latest innovation in hyper branched polymer defoamer technology delivered in an essentially emission-free hydrocarbon matrix. It is amongst the most efficient defoamers requiring up to 50% less dosage to achieve the performance of benchmark mineral oil defoamers.
FOAMSTAR ST 2420 defoamer can be added in the grind or letdown portion of the formula. It is best to split the addition, adding 1⁄4 – 1⁄2 of the defoamer to the grind, and the remainder to the letdown.
