Carbodiimide Modified MDI

Lupranate 5270 Isocyanate is a liquid, carbodiimide-modified product based on isomers of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). This product has good storage stability at room temperature and offers free NCO content close to that of pure MDI. It is designed to replace pure MDI in many applications where it is more desirable to use a liquid which can be stored at room temperature. Lupranate 5270 is high in 2,4’ MDI content and can be used in applications where a slower reaction and more open time is desired. These applications include elastomers, shoe soles, sealants, and adhesives.
