ACRONAL 4311
ACRONAL 4311
ACRONAL® 4311 is an aqueous acrylate copolymer dispersion for the manufacture of sealants and adhesives. It may be used in the manufacture of adhesive for glossy film lamination. It adheres well to suitably treated olefinic surfaces. If PVC films are laminated, any plasticizer they may contain can migrate into the adhesive and weaken the bond. Adhesives made from ACRONAL 4311 crosslink at room temperature once they have dried. This results in an increase in cohesion, which gives laminating adhesives good resistance to piping.
ACRONAL 4311 may be used as a binder in the manufacture of dispersion based sealants, capable of producing high performing sealants. Formulations ocntaining this product display excellent adhesion, clarity and tensile/elongation balance.
