HYDROPALAT WE 3323 is a non-ionic, 100% active wetting agent effective in water borne inks, OPV’s, and coatings intended for plastic, wood, and metal substrates. This new wetting agent is effective in a wide variety of emulsion types including acrylics, styrenated acrylics and PUD’s.

HYDROPALAT WE 3323, in addition to its outstanding wetting properties, does not stabilize foam and can act as a defoamer in many coating and graphic art formulations. In addition, increasing levels of HYDROPALAT WE 3323 wetting agents typically reduces foam content in coatings rather than increases it, as is typical of most competitive wetting agents. HYDROPALAT WE 3323 will not reduce the corrosion resistance or recoat characteristics of coatings when used at the recommended level. The product is free of silicones, alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APE’s), and solvent.

HYDROPALAT WE 3323 is typically added to paint and coating formulations at 0.25 to 0.75%.
HYDROPALAT WE 3323 can be added at any stage of the manufacturing process. When added in the grind the product will aid the pigment wetting process.
